At last the time is available to more properly address your comments concerning religion, and the deplorable state of circumstances that contemporary times express so much it.
Your observations of what we now have as organizations, is very accurate. We could spend hours in discussing our separate and also untied efforts to serve our God over the years, and not have enough time to do so in any one sitting, save for the barest of exegetical inquiry.
But we can begin a worthwhile dialogue, and i think, must keep in mind a single word - PAIN - to do so. Dear brother, please note the following:
"Hurt knows hurt, so hurt seeks hurt, hurt needs hurt." This is deeply philosophical and one can ponder and meditate and learn a great deal from it, and yes it is an original. Shall we begin in the original Heaven (Kingdom of God")? Let us ask how deeply hurt God was when the Luciferic insurrection took place? As far as we know form the available scriptures, the event was catastrophic, and God seems to have made some very quick decisions. His wisdom of course, exceeds what we as humans would have made manifest, in that not only did he provide an area of protection for what was left of the original, but also a system of keeping check on the immediate aftermath, and also a way to re-build and replenish what was stolen.
Consider at this point, the "outer darkness" (Hell/Hades/Future Lake of Fire to some) that would contain the missing fallen angels). The original kingdom is now short handed by 1/3 of the host, but the outer darkness is now 2/3's short of what Lucifer had hope for. Ponder this!
Now lets progress to Father's next move. Motivated by the other two members of the Triune Godhead (family of God ), a plan is put into motion that will not only provide for a system of checks and balances, so as to prevent any such repetition of events, but also for the proper balancing of good and evil for eternity.
It is at this juncture, that the scriptures we have describing the Biblical creation account(s), begin show God's plan. It is triune!!! There is faith, choice and ultimate consequences revelation. God has designed earth to be an interim area of living that will afford testing of souls/beings, that will one day make possible, the ultimate closure of hurt caused by the events in progress. Some Theologians claim that the book of Job is the earliest manuscript in the Bible. In it, we meet the "sons of God, and Lucifer's ability to access the throne room. To me, while this manuscript is indeed very important, I also see a secret teaching never mentioned from a teacher or the pulpit o the best of my knowledge. Job did have sin, he was an egotist!!! ("I will plead my case to God" and what did God reply?)
Here then my brother, we have the scenario that has endured until now. In Eden, the serpent and Eve organized to bring about Adam's downfall. In Job, we again see a woman crying out to alter a man's (Job) Godly stand for faith. I know you have sufficient scriptural knowledge to follow this through the rest of the Bible. You must, at any cost, remain steadfast in your singular walk with God, your obedience to what He requires of you - regardless of what anyone else's (including me) says to you. For you alone, will stand in judgment for your life's works of faith!!!
No earthly organization will be perfect or even lacking in flaws. The reason is simple - "Original Sin" compels humans to err, and the varieties or error are limitless. No one is exempt from temptation, we all succumb from time to time whether male or female. One must remember that the Church is no exception, and is in fact, the Devil's Favorite Playground.
You and I have wept many times over such things, had our hearts torn out by "The Church", in various locations, from Ct. to Fla., and have had the privilege of sharing some of the hurt, that even Jesus and his Father and the Holy Spirit, have known in doing battle against evil. But continue to run the race beloved brother, you are not alone, and you are loved by many. You may want to refere also to the scriptures inclused below.

Re 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain for the former things are passed away.
