In addition to offering Bible Studies (both local and abroad), we offer
several other types of tools to those in need. Contact us for
information concerning the Bible Studies available, and/or visit our
Bible Study page (http://www.gcmi.net/bible/index.html)
Not only do troubled people need someone to listen to them, but
sometimes they need to learn new skills. Among other things, we
teach
Budgeting skills (Help with learning to live within one's income
and assistance in becoming in charge of finances.)
Parenting skills (Biblical parenting skills which, among others,
teach that it is the adult who is in charge, not the child.)
Self Discipline (without being able to discipline one's self, how
can one ever expect to succeed in life and/or parenting)
Computer skills (basics in computer literacy and some select software)
Literacy (the program we use comes from the Christian Literacy
Project. It teaches people to read both secular and scriptural
material as well as improve one's cognitive abilities.)
